REAL OUTPUT, OPEN EVIDENCE

See the working concept before you trust the promise.

Applepresso is a repository-owned, controlled redesign that exposes the full OmD loop: selected design context, real assets, working surfaces, specialist review, and final QA.

REPOSITORY-OWNED CONCEPT RUN

Applepresso: from a generic order flow to a coherent three-page product.

A controlled experiment used selected design context, real image assets, specialist review, and final QA. Inspect the walkthrough, before-and-after screens, archived prompt, and provenance—not just a polished hero image.

A silent 20-second presentation moves from the generic baseline through the prompt, generated imagery, DESIGN.md, order flow, and completion state. It is not a real-time coding-agent recording.

The mission

Redesign a fast Korean coffee-ordering app as Applepresso. Preserve the low-price, fast-pickup model, use Apple as the visual reference and Baemin as Korean F&B context, create landing, menu, and detail surfaces with real assets, then run design review and final QA.

Controlled demonstration, not a customer product or conversion study. Applepresso is a repository-owned fictional study with no affiliation to Apple, Baemin, or Banapresso and no official production assets from those companies. This case makes the workflow and its limitations inspectable; it does not prove exact reproducibility or business lift.

Captured with OmD 1.4 on Codex. The 18-minute measurement covers the initial three-page, 34-asset generation; the mobile flow and walkthrough were edited later from those outputs. The archived prompt mentions older MCP and Claude paths, while OmD 1.9 no longer requires MCP. Use the current Getting Started and Live Demo pages for a new run.
