**Motion rules**: Motion is editorial and restrained, matching the visual system. Nav transitions (`motion-standard / ease-enter`) treat the hamburger/drawer as a page-level event, not a widget. Hero video loads instantly once ready — no fade-in that delays impact. Pill tab selection uses `motion-fast` with a smooth background fill transition. Under `prefers-reduced-motion: reduce`, all transitions collapse to `motion-instant`; the product remains fully functional. No bounce, no spring, no parallax scroll effects that compete with the photography.

**Signature motion**: The hero-to-scroll nav transition — as the user scrolls past the hero, the transparent nav background fades to solid `#000000` over `motion-standard`.
