**김도현, 34, 성남.** A YouTuber with 100K subscribers launching merch. Needs shop, bookings for fan events, and community in one place. Values that payments (PG) setup is handled inside the platform — the "PG 가입비 면제" promo on the pricing page is exactly the friction he feared.
